Fast paced. High end. Intensely challenging. Commercial fit-ups are all of the above and more. A fit-up is the construction necessary within existing walls of a leased space that allow it to be used for its intended purpose. These renovations can include partitions, finishes, lighting and special equipment. For our time-sensitive fit-ups, we create a schedule to meet the fast pace necessary and coordinate with all involved. We’ve been known to work under strenuous security measures and at night so employees can work a normal day. Even so, we’ve virtually never missed a completion date.
